At Reds Rock Garden, every crystal, carving, and specimen is one-of-a-kind — just like the person who finds it. Because each piece is unique, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges simply due to change of mind.

However, if your order does arrives damaged or defective please put in a claim with the carrier used. Packages usually come with some insurance coverage.
